Balance Medical offers a specific approach to training for the healthcare profession and pharmaceutical industry.

We develop interactive and appropriate training programmes based on in-depth knowledge and experience of dealing with healthcare professionals on a UK and international basis.

Balance Medical training sessions are sensitised for each specific media interaction, ranging from a considered, scientific approach to a more practical familiarisation of the messages, depending on who is being trained or the media being targeted.

Flexibility is key: we can run our workshops in a full service studio, rehearse a KOL at a medical congress press conference, or conduct a distance learning session over the telephone.

In preparation, our research into the specific disease area is thorough, ensuring that the role plays are realistic for all medical media. We are also experienced in the medical codes of practice, which determine what can and can't be said, maximising the potential for each training session.
